Chef Charles has cooked for my family and I for the past ten yrs. His creations are some of the best I've ever tasted. Chef cares about his customers and puts a special touch on it, when chef found out i was in the Hospital he made it his point to find where i was and came to visit me and brought me a beautiful, and taste fruit tray. I acn truly say hes become more than just my personal chef , but just like a son to me as well.....

Chef Charles and his wife Lecia has been a great part of our lives for many years, and we look at them as a part of our family. Every yr for thanksgiving and Christmas we always order holiday meals, but he made our day when he hosted my wedding to Mike it was just perfect we will never forget that day and will always  love him and his wife for make that day so Special...... 

My Late Husband and I use to go to his Pop up restaurant at best western hotel back in 2011 , even then my husband use to love going there, it was just something about how he create his dishes. We lost track once he moved , but when he passed once Chef Charles found out , hes been here for me not just as my Chef but as a friend as well, and let me say this , i have had a lot of Shrimp n Grits in my day, but i have to say , Chef;s BBQ Shrimp n Grits is the best I've ever tasted ,, im just saying....

I Started the NOLA Crew because i wanted my Family and Friends to experience Chef Charles creations for themselves . Even from the time he made a make shift kitchen in my Hotel room in Baton Rouge,so my friends and I could celebrate my birthday, He has been coming to NOLA for my birthdays, Lunch w/Chef Charles etc,etc every since
